Erica Wexler is a pragmatically optimistic change facilitator who excels at helping organizations translate their vision into practice, navigate change and turnaround cultures of crisis. What makes her unique is her ability to fuse smart, practical proven strategies with the interpersonal skills of empathy, compassion and joy in the workplace - and translate that fusion into workable plans that everyone in your organization can take action on.
Her background in leadership engagement has involved large-scale system change initiatives, meeting design and facilitation, and developing effective communication and training approaches with a variety of stakeholder communities. She excels at making sense of complicated situations and helping her clients figure out how they want to communicate and proceed in specific circumstances. She then guides them in making purposeful decisions and the development of a prioritized action plan.
Erica draws on her substantial experience spearheading new initiatives within government, business, nonprofit, and educational sectors. Her systems and design thinking approach is also informed by her work as an inner-city educator and behavioral support provider to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
